At Hungarian Delights, we take immense pride in delivering authentic, high-quality Hungarian delicacies straight to your door. Due to the perishable nature of our artisanal food items, we adhere to strict quality control and safety guidelines.

Returns & Perishable Items

➤ Perishable goods such as authentic salamis, cheeses, and temperature-sensitive food items cannot be returned due to hygiene and food safety regulations.

➤ Non-perishable items (such as unopened spices, cookware, or gift sets) can be returned within 14 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unopened packaging.

Damaged or Spoiled Orders

If your package arrives damaged, spoiled, or if you received an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

➤ Send an email to info@hungariandelights.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged items and packaging.

➤ Our team will review your request and issue a free replacement or a full refund for the affected products.

Refund Process

Once your claim is approved, your refund will be processed immediately to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
